Mypetzilla appointed us to transform their online presence and create a meaningful and memorable experience for their online audience. They wanted to reinvent the digital experience for their customers and improve satisfaction, loyalty and efficiency. Our solution needed to provide clear ways for customers to communicate with advertisers and simplify comms processes.

We conducted in-depth research to identify where digital processes could alleviate customer pain-points to improve user experience throughout. Creating new customer journeys and streamlining the architecture, allowed us to identify a number of opportunities to better serve people through launching new service tools.

We also implemented a true user-centric sign-up process by utilising intuitive technology, resulting in a seamless sign-up process and simplified management of advert approval processes. In addition, we developed a number of solid back-end packages to make online management easy to use.
