Digital Designer

Design here is problem-solving first. You'll shape websites, products and campaigns that feel effortless to the people using them — and carry the thinking behind them into the build.
What you'll do
- Lead design from structure and flows through to polished interface and art direction.
- Build and maintain design systems that survive contact with real content.
- Prototype and test ideas before they become expensive.
- Present your thinking to clients and defend the parts that matter.
What we're looking for
- A portfolio of websites or products you designed end to end.
- Strong typographic and layout instincts, with the craft to back them up.
- Understanding of the front-end constraints your work will live inside.
- Curiosity about the business behind the brief.
