Senior WordPress Developer
Permanent · Full-time · Remote-first (UK)
You'll own the build side of projects for brands that can't afford a slow or fragile website — from architecture and custom blocks through to performance, integrations and handover.
What you'll do
- Lead builds in WordPress and Concrete CMS, with custom themes and blocks written to last.
- Connect sites to CRMs, payment providers and internal systems through clean APIs.
- Set the standard for performance, accessibility and code review across the team.
- Work directly with clients on scope, feasibility and the trade-offs worth making.
What we're looking for
- Deep PHP and WordPress experience, comfortable outside the usual plugin safety net.
- Modern front-end craft — React, TypeScript and headless setups where they fit.
- An eye for the detail designers care about, not just the code that works.
- Clear communication with people who aren't developers.
