API integration so data moves once.

We connect your website, CRM, shop, payments and finance tools through their APIs, so records move automatically, nobody re-keys them and you hear about it when something fails.

  • HubSpot, Stripe, Xero and Shopify
  • Custom APIs and webhooks
  • Monitored, with failure alerts
  • Documented for your team

What is API integration?

API integration connects two or more software systems through their application programming interfaces, so data moves between them automatically. A website form can create a contact in your CRM, a paid order can raise an invoice in your accounts software, and stock levels can update across every channel. Done well, integrations retry when a system is down and alert someone when data can't be delivered.

How we fix it

Form submissions create contacts and deals in your CRM the moment they arrive, with the source attached.

Every connection mapped.

Here's how a typical set of integrations fits together. Choose a connection to see what it does.

Every enquiry becomes a contact and deal in your CRM, with the page and campaign it came from.

From map to monitored.

Five stages for every integration, whether it's one connection or a dozen.

What does integration cost?

It depends on how many systems are connected, whether data moves one way or both, and how much existing data needs syncing first. A single connection between well-documented tools is a small project. We price each integration after mapping the systems and data involved.

What moves the price

Both ends built.

We often build the website or platform as well, so nothing falls between suppliers.

Failures flagged.

Every connection retries and alerts, rather than failing silently.

Simplest option first.

We'll use an existing connector when it does the job.

Documented.

Field maps, keys and runbooks your team can follow.

Why Rubik to connect it?

We build the websites and platforms these integrations start from, so we know both ends of the connection.

API Integration Questions,
answered.

What people usually ask us before a project starts. If yours isn't here, ask it in the form and someone senior will reply.

Most modern systems with an API, including CRMs like HubSpot and Salesforce, Shopify and WooCommerce, Stripe, Xero and QuickBooks, booking tools and messaging apps such as Slack. Where a system has no API, we look at secure alternatives such as scheduled file imports.
