What is a UX and conversion audit?

A UX and conversion audit is a structured review of how easily visitors can use your website and complete the actions you want, such as enquiring or buying. It combines an expert review against usability principles with analytics and behaviour data, then explains each problem found and ranks the fixes by likely impact and effort.

Last reviewed 25 October 2026 by the Rubik Digital team.

  • “Plenty of visitors, very few enquiries.”

We fix it with we trace each key journey step by step to find exactly where people give up, and why.

  • “Everyone has a theory about what's wrong.”

How much does a UX audit cost?

It depends on how many journeys and page types are reviewed, how much analytics and behaviour data is available, and whether user research is included. An audit of one key journey costs far less than a full site review with user testing. We scope it from your goals and give you a fixed, itemised proposal.
